1. Power off the device completely

Toggle the PV switch on the power module to OFF.

Press the POWER ON button on the power module. Hold for eight seconds until the power module screen turns off.

Turn off the circuit breaker between the power module and the grid.

Toggle the BAT switch on the power module to OFF.
-
You must get permission from the homeowner before disconnecting from the grid.

Please wait at least two minutes before performing any maintenance on the system to avoid shock and burns from residual electricity.
2. Replace the RMA defective device

3. Power on the device

Toggle the BAT switch of the power module to ON.

Turn on the circuit breaker between the power module and the grid.

Toggle the PV switch on the power module to ON.

Wait for 1-2 minutes. When the power module display appears and the light bar status is normal, Anker SOLIX X1 has successfully powered on.
4. Use the installer app to repeat the initial setup process
4.1 The device replacement includes the main device Power Module

Find the site ID corresponding to this location in the installer app.

After entering the main interface of this site ID, re-execute Storage Settings, System Configuration, and Post Commissioning in order.

In the EMS step of Post Commissioning, you need to refer to the previous configuration to reset the reserve value and EMS mode.
4.2 The device replacement does not include the main device Power Module

Find the site ID corresponding to this site in the installer app.

Re-execute the Add Devices step in Storage Settings.

Manually input the numbers of the power modules and battery modules.

Tap Refresh to search for the devices automatically.
-
Select Next to move on when you see the message "Device added successfully." If the detected numbers do not match the input numbers, change the input numbers and tap Refresh again.
