On Anker SOLIX Professional App

1. Download the Anker SOLIX Professional App (V1.15.0 or above) on your smartphone and launch it.

2. Tap Sign Up.

3. Choose your role.

   1. If you are the manager of an installer company, choose Installer.

   2. If you are a contract electrician, choose Electrician.

4. Input your information.

   1. For Installer: Fill in your company details and your personal information to register your email as the admin account. After ensuring the email address is correct, tap Send. You will receive a verification code.

2. For Electrician: Fill in your own personal information to register your email as the admin account. After ensuring the email address is correct, tap Send. You will receive a verification code.

5. Go to the inbox of the email you just input and find an email from AnkerPower. It contains a 6-digit verification code. Remember the code.

6. Go back to Anker SOLIX Professional and enter the code. Read and agree to the terms and policy. Tap Next.

 

7. Now you have signed up successfully. You will receive an initial password in the email inbox.

8. Back to the login page of Anker SOLIX Professional App, you can use your email and the initial password to log in. 

On Anker SOLIX O&M Platform

1. Visit the O&M Platform of your region.

2. Click on Register.

5. Back to the login page of Anker SOLIX O&M Platform , you can use your email and the initial password to log in.

What is the difference between the two roles?

Installer

The Installer role means the manager of an installer company. This role can assign roles and permission to individual installers and let them create systems for users. 

You can see your organization code on the O&M Platform.

Electrician

The Electrician role means the independent contract electrician. You don't need to belong to any organization. After commissioning, you can also hand in the site to a certain organization (via Organization Code) to manage.

What if I am an installer of a company?

If you are an installer in an installer company, ask your manager to assign you an account.

Can a site commissioned by an Electrician be reassigned to an organization?

Yes. A site can be reassigned on the O&M Platform by entering the Organization Code.
