Anker SOLIX Academy – GSA Training Platform Web & APP SOP for X1 Users

I. Background and System Migration

The Anker SOLIX Academy online training platform has been fully upgraded and migrated to a new Anker‑developed system.

This migration aims to deliver a more stable and efficient learning experience, enhanced course management, and better integration with product certification processes under the Anker SOLIX Academy framework.

All existing learning records and certificates have been seamlessly transferred to the new system, ensuring continuity for all GSA Training Platform users.

II. GSA Web Portal

1. Account Login

Please create an account in the Anker App first: https://support.ankersolix.com/s/article/How-to-Register-as-an-Anker-SOLIX-Installation-Partner , then use the same account and password to log in to the GSA Platform.

Step 1: Click the "ANKER SOLIX" Logo

Step 2: Jump to Anker SOLIX X1 Login Page, enter your account and password

Step 3: Login to Home page

2. Accessing Courses

After logging in:

GSA Web Portal

Step 1: Go to “Learning Center” to view All Courses

Step 2: Click the course card to enroll

Step 3: After some chapters, you need to take a test

Each course includes videos, reading materials, and knowledge check quizzes. Completion status will be updated automatically once all modules are finished.

3. Taking Exams and Getting a Certificate

You can earn a certification through GSA by completing specific assigned courses and exams.

Step 1: You can see an icon in the related courses and exam

Step 2: Finish viewing the intro file

Step 3: Click "Final Exam" to take the exam

Step 4: After passing the courses and exam, you'll find the certificate by clicking the Icon

4. Language Settings

The platform language will automatically match your system language.

If the platform language is not your preferred one, you can change it in either of the following two places.

• Before Login
Click the language button in the upper‑right corner of the screen to switch the platform language.

• After Login
Click the green button in the upper‑right corner, then select Language to change the platform language.

We have launched language‑specific courses for users in Germany, France, and Italy.

If the courses displayed are in English, go to the All Courses tab and click the button on the left side of the search bar to switch the course language.

III. APP

1. Account Login

• Existing X1 Users:
Log in with your registered email or Installer ID. Your password remains unchanged.

• New Users:

Questions	Answers
Why does the system show “Invalid Email” when I log in with my username and password?	Please make sure to log in through the Anker SOLIX logo entry. Other login& account create methods are not applicable for X1 accounts.
Unable to access the Home page after logging in with a SOLIX account	If you are stuck on the login page and cannot be redirected to the Home page after signing in with your SOLIX account, please fill out the issue report form and provide your account information. Our team will review your case and assist you in resolving the problem promptly.
Why is my course page empty after the first login, or why do I see many courses unrelated to X1?	After your first login, the administrator will need 1–2 business days to match and assign the correct course content to your account. If the issue persists after two business days, please fill out the issue form and contact us for further assistance.
I have already completed courses and obtained certificates on Anker SOLIX Academy — do I need to take them again?	Your previous learning progress will be synchronized to the system on a regular monthly basis, so you do not need to retake the courses.
