Why can't I open the control page for Anker SOLIX Smart Generator 5500 in the Anker app?
If you connect Smart Generator 5500 directly to Anker SOLIX E10 without adding it to the Anker app, it will be recognized as part of the power system. A separate control page for the generator will not appear, but you can still use its linked functions through the station.
