What should I do if Anker SOLIX Smart Generator 5500's starter battery runs out of charge?

1. Generally, Smart Generator 5500, automatically charges its starter battery while operating. When connected to Anker SOLIX E10, it also draws power from E10 to recharge the starter battery. As a result, starter battery depletion is uncommon.

2. If Smart Generator 5500 is not connected to E10 and remains in standby mode (with the knob not set to OFF), the starter battery can last for up to 24 hours.

3. For long-term storage, disconnect the starter battery cable to prevent over-discharge.

4. To recharge the starter battery, use a 12V power adapter and a DC5521 round-port charging cable (both sold separately), and connect them to the charging port on the front panel of the generator.

5. If the starter battery is depleted, the generator cannot be started using the start button. In this case, refuel with gasoline and pull the recoil cord on the side of the unit to start it manually. Please note manual recoil starting is supported only for gasoline when starter battery is depleted.
