Why did I receive this warning?

It's all right. Your Anker SOLIX X1 system is currently off-grid and has a low battery SOC. The system will shut down protectively to ensure it can restart when grid power resumes.

How do I restart the system?

That depends if your system is connected to solar (photovoltaic) power:

• With PV: When grid power resumes, the system restarts automatically. If grid power still fails after receiving PV input, manually restart the system.

• Without PV: You don't need to do anything. Wait for grid power to be restored, and the system automatically restarts.

When do I need to restart the system?

• If grid power resumes and the system is on-grid, the system restarts automatically.

• If grid power keeps failing, manually restart the system when there is sufficient sunlight. The PV system should be able to generate at least 200W.

What should I note during manual restarts?

• Please turn OFF all backup loads before restarting.

• Press the POWER ON button (black startup button) on the left side of the power module for 3 seconds to manually restart the system.

• We recommend waiting until the battery is charged above 20% SOC before turning on backup loads.
