How Do Logs Help?
Uploading logs will help us locate faults and solve problems for you more quickly.

App Log |
The app log is generated by the Anker or Anker SOLIX Professional apps and records the interaction data between the app and Anker SOLIX X1. Each account, regardless of the number of devices, corresponds to one log. |

Device Log |
A device log is generated by the device module within Anker SOLIX X1 and records the module working data. Both the Anker and Anker SOLIX Professional apps can upload logs, but the Anker SOLIX Professional app needs to be connected via Bluetooth. Each system ID corresponds to one log. |
How to Upload as an Installer
Upload App Log

Log in to Anker SOLIX Professional App with your installer account.

Go to Settings and select Upload Log.

Click the blue icon on the right to upload the app log.
Upload Device Log
Note: When uploading Device Logs with Anker SOLIX Professional App, it must be connected to the device via Bluetooth.

Go to your device where logs need to be uploaded.

Use your installer account to log into the Anker SOLIX Professional app.

Select the site and connect the phone to the site's main device via Bluetooth.

Go to the app home page, select Settings and then Upload Log.

Go to Device Logs and choose the correct system to upload the device log.
How to Upload as a User

Log in to the Anker app with your user account.

Go to Profile and select Settings.

Select Upload Log.

Upload the app and device logs.

When uploading the app log, tap the blue icon on the right.

When uploading the device log, choose the system with the log needed to be uploaded.
