I. Introduction

This operation manual aims to provide detailed training platform usage instructions for B2B end users of our eXtreme series products. By the completion of this document, B2B end users should better understand how to use the power systems. Please read this document carefully and operate products according to instructions.

II. Login

On the Anker SOLIX official website, find the entrance to Academy in the upper right of the Anker SOLIX home page: For X1 Installers > SOLIX Academy.

You can also find it on the installer page: https://www.ankersolix.com/au/installer-hes.

Alternatively, open your Internet browser and directly enter the Academy URL:academy.ankersolix.com.
On the login page, enter your assigned username and password, then click Log In. If you are an Anker Innovations employee or freelancer, you can use Lark to log in.
Once logged in, you'll enter the main system interface.

III. Operating Instructions

Personal Information

On the training platform home page, you can immediately see personal account information and course progress.

If you click My Profile, you enter your personal account page. There, you can modify your profile photo and password. Note that the password change only affects the training platform.

Schedule View

If it's your first time logging into the Academy, the course content may be empty. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to assign corresponding courses to you.

Once assigned, you can see your course schedule on the second screen of the platform home page. Click a module to see specific content. The module will display your progress through the course.

Alternatively, click on the menu bar in the upper left corner and select My Course and Learning Plans. This allows you to view the same material.

Course Learning

Overview

Once you've selected a specific course, click anywhere in the module to open the course interface. You'll see the name and current lesson.

You can also check your course progress through the Progess Bar.

Click "Start learning now" to begin the course.

If you need to quit a lesson without completing it, that's OK. Just click "Resume training" to return to where you left off.

Lessons

Once you've started a course, the platform will display lessons in order for you to complete.

Once you've completed a lesson, click "Next lesson" to start a new lesson.

Tests

After each lesson, you may see a test associated with the material. You'll need to pass these and complete all lessons to finish a course.

Certification Exam

Once you've finished all assigned courses, you can take a skills exam and obtain the corresponding certification. To begin the exam, locate the last module on the training platform home page.
