Self-Consumption Mode
Maximize the use of photovoltaic energy and reduce grid power consumption. Essentially, use the grid as little as possible.
Load Power Source Priority: Photovoltaic > Anker SOLIX F3800 > Grid
The priority for photovoltaic power supply is first to any loads. Surplus energy is then diverted to charge Anker SOLIX F3800. Any remaining excess is sold back to the grid.
This mode ensures F3800 is charged exclusively by photovoltaic sources.
-
TOU Mode:
In this mode, you can choose from four time periods that determine charging/discharging.
-
Super Off-Peak
-
Grid Only: Anker SOLIX F3800 can only charge, not discharge. It will charge to 100% or stop when the super off-peak period ends.
-
Grid and Solar: Anker SOLIX F3800 can only charge, not discharge. It will charge to 100% or stop when the super off-peak period ends, using as much solar power as possible.
-
-
Off-Peak
-
Grid Only: Anker SOLIX F3800 discharges to 80%. When below 80%, it neither charges nor discharges.
-
Grid and Solar: If solar output exceeds the home load, the system prioritizes powering the home load with excess power charging Anker SOLIX F3800 up to 100%. If solar output is less than the home load, F3800 discharges to 80% and then stops discharging.
-
-
Mid-Peak/Peak
-
Grid Only: Anker SOLIX F3800 can only discharge, not charge. It will discharge until the reserved power level is reached, then stop discharging.
-
Grid and Solar: If solar output exceeds the home load, the system will prioritize powering the home load with excess power charging Anker SOLIX F3800 up to 100%. If solar output is less than the home load, F3800 discharges until the reserved power level is reached, then stops discharging.
-
Load Power Source Priority: Photovoltaic > Grid > Anker SOLIX F3800
The priority for photovoltaic power supply is first to energy storage systems. Excess power is delivered to loads. Any remaining excess is sold back to the grid.
The charging source for F3800 is both photovoltaic and the grid.
