Maximum Self-Consumption

Use when electricity prices are high:

  • Use photovoltaic power first, then battery power.
  • When solar and battery power are less than the load, the grid compensates to supply power.

Battery charging source: Photovoltaics.

Middle Peak

Off Peak

Flat Price

Maximum Self-Consumption (Discharge allowed when battery SOC is over 80%)

Use when electricity prices are average:

  • Use photovoltaic power first, then battery power. The battery can only discharge to 80% SOC.
  • The grid will compensate if loads need more power supply.
  • 80% battery SOC reserved for peak price periods.

Battery charging source: Photovoltaics.

Super-Off Peak

Valley Price

Time-of-Use

Use when electricity prices are low:

  • Allow the grid to charge the battery.
  • Charging power is adjusted automatically based on battery SOC and available charging time from the grid.

Battery charging sources: Photovoltaics, Grid.

Notes:

  • The grid is only allowed to charge the battery during the Super-Off Peak schedule. Select this schedule in the app.
  • The app schedule has four electricity price options. Please select a mode that best fits your energy needs. You can refer to the table below.
