The Solarbank 2 E1600 Pro/Plus does not require two units to be installed in parallel for an expansion. Instead, it expands capacity through battery pack stacking, allowing for up to 5 additional battery packs, increasing the total capacity to 9600Wh. The Solarbank 2 E1600 Pro/Plus operates independently and 2 units cannot be added to the same energy system like they can for the Solarbank E1600; the 2 units of Solarbank 2 E1600 Pro/Plus must be controlled separately in the Anker APP.
