Can Anker SOLIX Smart Generator 5500 be used indoors?

No. The generator must be operated outdoors on a flat, solid surface, away from doors, windows, and ventilation openings. Indoor use may lead to incomplete combustion and carbon monoxide exposure, which poses serious poisoning hazards.

Smart Generator 5500 includes a carbon monoxide detection function that automatically shuts down when levels become unsafe; however, this is not a substitute for proper indoor carbon monoxide detectors.
