Charging power less than 100W:
The output power of the solar charger is not only related to the weather but also the area of direct sunlight. For maximum sunlight and output power, adjust the position and angle of the solar panel.
Not charging:
Solar panels will charge phones/tablets in full sunlight. It does not work indoors.
- Make sure the solar panel is in full sunlight. Please fold it for 5 minutes, unfold it again in full sunlight, and then try to charge your phone to see if it works. Try a different charging cable and a different device.
Waterproof or not:
The solar panel is not waterproof. Avoid direct exposure to water, rain, and moist environments.
