1. What countries do you ship to?

Orders made on our US website are only shipped within the contiguous US and we cannot deliver to the following areas:

2. How long does delivery take?

Usually 3-7 business days.

 

3. How will my delivery be shipped?

Your order will be shipped either by the warehousing company that we directly cooperate with or by Amazon.

 

4. How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email. Click "Track Order Status" to track your order.

Alternatively, you can visit "Order Tracker" on our website and use your order number or tracking number to track your order.

 

5. What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?

When the courier finds that you are not at home or cannot get in touch with you, they may put your package in your mailbox, front desk, mail room, or your neighbor's house. Check the above places or ask your neighbors and anyone you might live with to see if the package was dropped off to them.

6. What if my package is returned to the sender?
