For our power station model 511/521/531/533/534/535/545/555, if you mentioned the AC adapter's voltage range, then it is 100V-240V and the efficiency is around 87%.  If you mentioned the DC port, then the voltage range is 11-28V and the efficiency is around 90%. 

For the power station model 757, we have 100-120V for US/JP version, 

220-240V for UK/EU/MEA/CN/AU version. 

For the power station model 767, we have 120V for US version, 100V for JP version and 220-240V for UK/EU/MEA/CN/AU version.
