For AC outlet not charging issue:
If your power station is charged fully, but the AC outlet can’t charge the connected device, please refer to the following article to find out the root causes.

For the car socket not charging issue:
If your power station is charged fully, but the car socket (DC port) can’t charge the connected device, the power requirements (Watts) of the connected device might exceed the maximum output of the car socket (DC port).
Please make sure that the device connected to the car socket (DC port) requires less than its maximum output. You can also try to plug a car charger into the car socket (DC port) and then charge your phone to see if it works.
For the USB-A/USB-C port not charging issue:
If your power station is charged fully, but the USB-A/USB-C ports cannot charge devices, try a different cable and device.
There may be incompatibility issues if the USB-A/USB-C ports can charge phones but cannot charge other devices, such as cameras.
If the power station cannot recharge itself:
The power station can be recharged via the DC in port or the USB C port.
Please use the supplied adapter to recharge your Powerhouse via the DC-in port to see if it works.
It can also be recharged via the USB C port. Please use a USB C wall charger (such as a USB C Macbook wall plug and Nintendo Switch wall plug ) and a working USB C to USB C cable to charge the PowerStation to see if it works.
For the discharging quickly issue:
If the power station discharges quickly when not in use, when the AC power button is turned on, even if no devices are being charged, there will still be a certain amount of no-load power consumption.
We recommend turning off the button when you are not using the power station. If the issue persists, please charge the power station fully, turn off all ports, and leave it unused for 1-2 days to see if you have the same issue.
