If there is no response when you push the doorbell button or the doorbell button shows a solid red light, the wired doorbell may be having an issue with the power supply. Please make sure you have tried the following tips:

1. Check if the power is on. 

2. Switch off and on the power to the doorbell.

3. Check if the transformer provides 16-24VAC, 30 VA or above voltage. Learn more about How to Tell if Your Current Doorbell System Will Work With eufy Wired Doorbell.

4. Check if the wires are firmly connected with the wired doorbell.

5. Please reset your doorbell by pressing the reset button at the back of the wired doorbell. If you do, you’ll have to reconnect it to the app. Save important videos before resetting the doorbell.
