Which app do I use?

Please use the eufy Security app. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play.

What is the voltage requirement for the Video Doorbell Dual (Wired)?

Is this Video Doorbell Dual compatible with 5.0 GHz WiFi network?

No. The Video Doorbell Dual only works with 2.4 GHz WiFi network.

What is the main difference between the Video Doorbell Dual and other video doorbell models?

Other video doorbell models on the market only use one camera sensor that is either radar or PIR for object detection. Through eufy’s latest technological innovation, the Video Doorbell Dual implements both radar and PIR sensors by combining the advantages of PIR infrared sensing and radar sound wave sensing, which can drastically reduce false triggers.

Is there a Night Vision feature?

Yes. eufy Video Doorbell Dual has the Auto Night Vision feature that shows crystal clear images at night.

Does the Video Doorbell Dual work with any third-party smart integration platforms?

When will this Video Doorbell Dual be compatible with Apple Home/HomeKit?

Currently, the Video Doorbell Dual does not support Apple HomeKit. While eufy is actively exploring the possibility of supporting HomeKit, it is still too early to say yes or no. Please stay tuned for our latest news.

Can my Video Doorbell Dual connect to eufy Solar Panel?

No. Currently, the Video Doorbell Dual cannot connect to a solar panel.

Is the Video Doorbell Dual waterproof?

The waterproof rating of the Video Doorbell Dual is IP65. It is recommended to install this product under a roof.

How can I prevent someone from stealing my Video Doorbell Dual?

The installation of eufy Video Doorbell Dual is secure and the device cannot be easily removed from the mounting bracket by hands. Please review the Video Doorbell Dual's Quick Start Guide for details.

eufy has an app called eufy Security, and the free eufy Security app helps you to keep an eye on your doorbell anywhere you have an Internet connection. If a thief enters the doorbell camera’s field of view, you will receive a notification on your smartphone. You can view the event and take the necessary actions.

All video recordings are encrypted with the user's account credentials and then stored on the doorbell. People who do not have authorized access to your doorbell cannot access the recorded videos without the correct account credentials. Additionally, eufy is currently developing a feature to support backing up your Video Doorbell Dual data to another secure location.

Does the Video Doorbell Dual have an Anti-Theft Protection feature?

No, eufy Video Doorbell Dual does not have an Anti-Theft Protection feature.

Will my data be stolen if the device is stolen?

No. Your data is encrypted with the user's account credentials and then stored on the device’s local storage. People who do not have authorized access cannot access the recorded videos without the correct account credentials. Please visit eufy's Privacy Policy for detailed information.
