When should I use the 4G function?
It is recommended to use the 4G function for the following reasons:
-
If you have a very large lawn, it can lead to the Wi-Fi signal not completely covering the entire area, potentially impacting map stability and updates.
-
When the Robot Lawn Mower's Anti-theft feature is enabled.
Note: The Real-time Camera Viewing feature is unavailable when using only 4G.
-
How do I enable the 4G function?
To enable the 4G function, please go to Settings > Network & Bluetooth > Auto-Switch to Cellular.
Note: For all new Robot Lawn Mowers, eufy provides 1,000KB of additional data and a 7-day free data trial. After the trial period ends, users will need to purchase a data plan in the app.
-
How do I view plan details and purchase a data plan?
To view plan details and purchase a data plan, please go to Settings > Network & Bluetooth > Cellular Status > View Plan.
Plan Details: Currently, eufy exclusively offers a 1-year/1GB data plan available for $19.99 in the United States.
-
Is the data plan refundable?
No. Please note that once purchased, data plans cannot be refunded.
-
Which mobile carriers can I choose from?
The built-in SIM card generally supports major mobile carriers in the United States.
Note: For detailed information or if you encounter signal or other issues with the built-in SIM card, please contact support@eufy.com for assistance.
-
What happens to my remaining data if I return the Robot Lawn Mower?
Please note that the SIM card is embedded within the Robot Lawn Mower and is not removable.
Note: If you encounter any issues, please contact support@eufy.com for assistance.
-
What should I do if the base station loses the Wi-Fi connection?
If the base station disconnects from Wi-Fi and only has 4G access, you will have to manually refresh the status of your Robot Lawn Mower in the app. When Wi-Fi is accessible, it will refresh automatically in five seconds.
