FAQs: 

Q: Why haven't I received a successful invitation email or seen the order information after inviting a friend?

  1. Please ensure that your friend made the purchase directly through the share link you copied from the referral page and accepted the cookies from the share link's website. We track your friend's purchase information through cookies to match it with your invitation to ensure you can receive your reward. Rest assured, their information is secure. You can learn more about our cookies policy. If the purchase wasn't made through your share link, you will not be able to earn the referral reward.

  2. If your friend cancels the order voluntarily or if the order is canceled due to risk control or other issues, you will not receive the reward.

  3. If you have ensured that you followed the above steps and meet the reward conditions but still have not received a successful invitation email, please provide your share link and your friend's order number to our customer service. We greatly appreciate your support and patience.

Q: How can I check what my reward is?

  1. If you have already successfully invited someone (the invitee must have successfully placed an order), click on "Friends referred" at the top of the referral page to check the order details.

  2. If you haven't successfully invited anyone yet, you can find the specific reward information next to the invite/share button on the event page. If you have any questions, please consult customer service.

Q: What is the process and timing for reward distribution?

  1. After your invitee completes a purchase, you will receive a successful invitation email, and the order status will be updated to "Awaiting Review."

  2. Within the next 40 days, we will complete the review. Once approved, you will receive an approval email.

  • If your reward is a free product, you can use the redemption button at the top of the event page to enter the product's shipping address. We will send your product to you as soon as possible within the next 7 days and notify you by email. Once we have shipped the product, your order status will be updated to "Sent."

  • If your reward is an Amazon Gift Card (only applicable in the UK and Europe region), we will send the Gift Card to your email as soon as possible. After we send the Gift Card to your email, your order status will be updated to "Sent."

  • If your reward is Cash via PayPal (only applicable in the US and Canada), you can use the redemption button at the top of the event page to enter your PayPal email. We will transfer cash to your PayPal account within the next 40 days. Once we complete the PayPal transfer, your order status will be updated to "Sent," and you will be notified by email.
