eufy Outdoor Cam Pro will record in Pro when it is not in the continuous recording mode and when it detects motion. eufy Outdoor Cam Pro will also continue to record the same video as long as it is detecting motion.
Can eufy Outdoor Cam Pro continue to record during WiFi outage?
Yes. eufy Outdoor Cam Pro will continue to record provided there is no power outage since it is hardwired, and video recordings are saved to the microSD card. A 2.4GHz WiFi network is needed to view the live view and recorded videos on the eufy app.
Will eufy Outdoor Cam Pro continue to work when the microSD card is full?
Yes. eufy Outdoor Cam Pro will continue to function normally and it will overwrite the oldest video recordings when it records new videos.
Can I speak to the other person in front of the camera and hear him at the same time?
No. eufy Outdoor Cam Pro supports half-duplex two way audio. An example of a half-duplex device is a walkie-talkie.
Does eufy Outdoor Cam Pro support Amazon Key?

What happens if there is no microSD card installed?
eufy Outdoor Cam Pro will still play live view without a microSD card installed, but it will not save video recordings. The user has an option to subscribe to eufy cloud backup if that is a preferred method instead of using a microSD card.
Does eufy Outdoor Cam Pro have a pre-buffer recording?
Yes. eufy Outdoor Cam Pro has a pre-buffer recording of 4 seconds.
What is the operating temperature of eufy Outdoor Cam Pro?

How is eufy Outdoor Cam Pro mounted?

Will I lose my video recordings if my eufy Outdoor Cam Pro is stolen?

What types of microSD cards are recommended?

Can I turn off audio for streaming for privacy purposes?
Yes. Audio can be muted on eufy Outdoor Cam Pro after the user launches eufy app and selects Camera Settings > Audio Settings > Audio Recording to disable audio recording when the camera records videos.
Can eufy Outdoor Cam Pro be hardwired to an electrical box?
No. eufy Outdoor Cam Pro cannot be hardwired to an electrical box. Please use the included adapter to plug it into a wall socket.
When will HomeBase support be added to connect eufy Outdoor Cam Pro to a HomeBase?
Currently, eufy does not have plans to integrate eufy Outdoor Cam Pro with HomeBase.
What does the interval time setting do?
The interval time is the time between event notification and recording, which can be adjusted between 0 to 5 minutes.
Does eufy Outdoor Cam Pro support using NAS?

Can I save 24/7 recording in my cloud backup?
No. Only video recordings triggered by motion are saved in cloud backup.

Is there a monthly fee to use the eufy app?
