Please turn off the camera and when the camera lens is pointing straight up, it will reveal the microSD card slot.

Please note a glass window’s reflection will impact the accuracy of AI detection; therefore, it is not recommended to use eufy Indoor Cam 2K Pan & Tilt to detect motion through a glass window.

 

Can I shut the alarm off when eufy Indoor Cam 2K Pan & Tilt detects motion but still send a notification to my phone?

Yes.  Please launch the eufy app and select the Security button located on the bottom of the screen > Select either Home or Away mode > Uncheck the Camera Alarm box in order to disable the camera alarm when the camera detects motion.

 

Can eufy Indoor Cam 2K Pan & Tilt record continuously or on a schedule?

Yes.  eufy Indoor Cam 2K Pan & Tilt can record both continuously or on a schedule depending on the user’s preferences and settings.

 

Can I have multiple eufy Indoor Cam 2K Pan & Tilt installed in the same home on the same WiFi network?

Yes.  Multiple eufy Indoor Cam 2K Pan & Tilt are supported when they are all connected directly to the WiFi router at home.
