eufy Pet Camera D605 Goes Offline
If the Pet Camera goes offline, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:
--Please make sure the Pet Camera is powered by its original power adapter, please try plugging it into a different outlet;
--Please reboot the router and make sure the Pet Camera is able to receive a strong and stable WiFi signal from the router at its location;
--Perform a hard reset on your Pet Camera by holding down the “Setup/Reset” button for 10 seconds. It is highly recommended to save important videos from the eufy Pet app to your phone prior to resetting the Pet Camera.
