If your eufy Battery Doorbell with WiFi Chime goes offline, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
1. Make sure your WiFi Chime is connected to the Internet and its LED indicator light is showing a solid blue light. If it does not show a solid blue light, please refer to 1080P Battery Wi-Fi Doorbell Chime Offline for further troubleshooting steps.
2. Charge the Battery Doorbell for at least 2 hours and then set it up using the eufySecurity app again.
3. Make sure there are no potential sources of signal interference around the WiFi Chime, and the distance between the WiFi Chime and the Battery Doorbell is within 20-30m. Additionally, please move the WiFi Chime closer to the Battery Doorbell to verify if it helps to strengthen the signal.
4. Press and hold the SYNC button on the back of the Battery Doorbell to check if it is able to come back online.
5. Save all important videos in the eufySecurity app first, then remove the Battery Doorbell from the eufySecurity app and set it up again.
6. Reset the Battery Doorbell by pressing and holding the SYNC button for 10 seconds to verify if the problem can be resolved.
Note: If you proceed with the reset process, you will have to reconnect the doorbell to the eufySecurity app. Please make sure to save important videos before resetting your camera.
