As a valued member of the eufy family, we invite you to be among the first to experience this new app in its beta phase. Your feedback and insights are invaluable to us as we work to refine and enhance the product.
As this app is still in beta, it may cause you some issues. Our dedicated product team is fully committed to prioritizing and addressing your feedback as we work towards a flawless launch.

Install the TestFlight app (skip this step if already installed)
- Click on the iOS download link or scan the download QR code.
- Click the "View in App Store" button from step one to download and install the TestFlight app from the App Store.

Install the test version of the eufy app
- Click the 'View in TestFlight' button in Step 2 to download the latest version of the eufy app.
- Install the eufy app.
- Open the eufy app.
For Android Users👇👇
As the eufy hasn't been officially launched yet, Android users need to install the APK file to try out the beta version of eufy.
- Uninstall the eufy Security app.
- Click on the Android download link or scan the download QR code.
- Download and install the eufy app.
- Open the eufy app.
App Rollback SOP
If you encounter any issues while using the eufy app and no longer wish to continue using it, you can revert to the previous eufy Security app by downloading and installing it from the official app store:
- Uninstall the eufy app.
- Go to the app store and download the eufy Security app from there.
