Wi-Fi Doorbell Chime Failed to Update Firmware

 

In order to clarify the LED indicator status of your Wi-Fi Doorbell Chime according to the LED color, please refer to the following information.

 

Please check if the Wi-Fi Doorbell Chime LED is blue

If yes, restart the Wi-Fi Doorbell Chime by unplugging and plugging it. Then try again the update process or update the firmware on the menu: Wi-Fi Doorbell Chime Settings > About Device > Check for the firmware update.

 

1. If the status LED is red

It’s maybe restarting after the firmware update, please wait for about 5 minutes. If it’s still red 5 minutes later, check if your router has internet access.

 

2. If the status LED is red and blue alternately flashing

It means the Wi-Fi Doorbell Chime is updating. Please wait about 10 minutes to check the device status again.
