Why does the wireless chime sound randomly even no one is pressing the wired doorbell?
If the wireless chime sounds randomly even while no one is pressing the wired doorbell, please try the following tips to see if the issue can be solved:
- Re-add the indoor chime in the app. Steps: Main Page > Security > Add Device > Search Device
- Unplug the indoor chime and leave it unplugged for a night, then replug it back in.
