Camera Model: Select the correct SoloCam model in the app when setting up your SoloCam E30 camera.

Wi-Fi Network: Confirm your current Wi-Fi uses 2.4GHz, as the SoloCam E30 only connects to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

eufy Security App Version: Ensure the app version on your phone is v4.9.31 or above.

HomeBase Firmware Version: Ensure the firmware version is v3.5.9.7 or above.
Troubleshooting Steps

Click the “+” icon in the upper right corner to add a new device.

Select the “Battery Camera” option.

Select the “SoloCam E30” option.

Choose an existing home profile or add a new one, then click “Next.”

Choose either “Connect to Router” or “Connect to HomeBase.”

Scan the QR code located on your SoloCam E30.

If the QR code fails to scan successfully, please try entering the camera’s serial number manually.

Press and hold the SYNC button on the camera for two seconds until you hear a beeping sound and the camera’s LED indicator flashes a blue light.

Use your SoloCam E30 to scan the QR code on your phone.

Once the QR code is scanned successfully, the camera will beep twice.

Depending on whether you connected it to your router or HomeBase, the SoloCam E30 is now successfully connected.
