Background knowledge
The sensor (drop sensors on the bottom and front sensors on the bumper) of our RoboVac works with infrared. The sunlight could interfere with the sensors on the RoboVac. When RoboVac encounters sunlight, it would detect the sunlight as a stair and normally it would move back or emit drop sensor beeps (For Bounce RoboVac: Three beeps and flashing red light; For other models: Error 6 Device trapped); For L50/L60 series: Robot trapped, please move to an open area to start.

Suggestion
If the house is sunny during the day and it affects the normal operation of the RoboVac, we recommend running it at a different time of the day or when the window blinds are closed. If you don't have any potential drop spots in your home, you can disable the drop sensors by covering them with light-colored opaque pieces of paper or tapes.
For Bounce Series, LR30 and L35 series and L50 series and L60 series (3 drops sensors)
For G series and X8 series (4 drop sensors)
