Why does Anker SOLIX S2000 shut down automatically?
Anker SOLIX S2000 is designed to shut down automatically under the following conditions:
Inactivity: If all output ports remain inactive for a set period, the unit will enter Sleep Mode and automatically shut down. The default auto-shutdown time is 12 hours, adjustable in the Anker app (0.5, 1, 2, 4, 6, 12, 24 hours, or Never).
Low Battery: The unit will power off automatically to protect the battery when the charge level is critically low.
System Fault: The unit will shut down automatically if a fault is detected to prevent damage and ensure safe operation.
