This is due to the specific configuration of each device, which can be edited in the eufy app. Please launch the eufy app &gt; select a device &gt; select Notification &gt; choose “The related history event” or “Live view.”
 
Note: Certain camera models do not provide the option to choose between “The related history event” and “Live view” in the Notification settings.
