eufy Omni C20: How to Connect to Wi-Fi (iOS/Android)
If it failed to connect to WiFi, please refer to the troubleshooting tips below:
-
Ensure the WiFi network name and password are correct (note: passwords are case-sensitive). Please also try moving your device and the robot closer to your router.
-
Make sure the location permission for the eufy Clean app is enabled. If there is a "precise location" option, please also make sure it's enabled.
-
For iOS: Settings > Privacy > Location > Allow location for eufy Clean APP
-
For Android: Settings > Permissions & Privacy > Open Location, then go back to Settings > APPs > Permissions > Find eufy Clean APP > Allow location.
-
Turn on Airplane mode on your phone. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi signal before setting up the robot. If you are using a dual-band router, please try disabling the 5GHz. During the connection process, please ensure that the robot is placed as close to the router as possible.
-
Reset the robot’s WiFi. Press and hold the "Recharge" and "Spot cleaning" buttons simultaneously for three seconds until the robot emits an audible voice alert indicating the WiFi connection has been reset. After successfully resetting the WiFi connection, please start the setup process again.
-
Please note that a slow flashing white light is "ready to connect," and a quick flashing light indicates the robot is "connecting." Only a solid WiFi light indicates the robot is successfully connected to your WiFi network.
If the troubleshooting tips above did not resolve the issue, please try enabling your phone’s hotspot and then connect the robot to the hotspot’s Wi-Fi via the eufy Clean app installed on another phone/tablet.
