If the Breast Pump’s suction strength unexpectedly decreases or functions irregularly, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Restore the Breast Pump to its default factory settings.

Press and hold both the Power button and the + button simultaneously for approximately 5 seconds. The device will restore to its default factory settings.

After the Breast Pump is restored to its default factory settings, try using the device again. If the issue persists, proceed to the following step.

Check if the main unit is working properly.

Remove the main head, place the suction port on your hand, and check the suction strength after powering on the device.

A strong suction on your hand indicates that the main unit is working properly, and the issue may be due to other components, such as the hose or the breast pump cover.
