What should I do if my eufy C210 Smart Lock cannot discover my WiFi network?
If your eufy C210 Smart Lock is unable to discover your WiFi network during the setup process in the eufy Security app, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
Note: eufy C210 Smart Lock connects only to a 2.4GHz WiFi network and not a 5GHz WiFi network.
- Make sure your 2.4GHz WiFi network SSID is not hidden. If the network SSID is hidden, please select the “Others” option on the setup screen and manually enter the WiFi network credentials.
- Verify the location where the C210 Smart Lock is being installed has a strong and stable WiFi signal.
- Verify the router’s security protocol is set to either WPA or WPA2. Please note that eufy C210 Smart Lock does not support the WEP protocol due to its potential security risks.
