What should I do if my X9 Pro's mop doesn't spin?

If the speeds of the two mops do not match, or if one of them does not spin:

Please remove the mop pad that is spinning slower or not spinning and check if the black pentagonal spindle is stable. Picture below.

If the spindle can be easily removed by hand, please contact Eufy customer support for further help.

 

If the two mops are not lifted to the same height:

Please remove the two mop cloths and press the black pentagonal spindle on each side to make sure it can rebound normally.


If it does not rebound properly, please contact us for further help.
