What Caused Voice Alert: Error 2/Error S2?
This error is triggered when RoboVac's wheel gets stuck or trapped.
How Do I Fix Voice Alert: Error 2/Error S2?
- If your RoboVac triggers this error at a specific location, please use the eufy Clean app to set a No-go zone to prevent the RoboVac from entering that specific area.
- For a better user experience, please make sure your RoboVac's firmware is always updated to the latest firmware version.
- Clean the wheels and tap/shake both wheels to make sure they are flexible and can spring back. You can compare one wheel to the other wheel.
- Confirm whether it is the right or the left wheel that is causing the problem. Please note that the wheel next to the side brush is the right wheel, and the wheel assembly for the right and the left wheel is not interchangeable.
- If cleaning both wheels did not help, please try disassembling the wheel that is causing the problem to further inspect whether there is anything that got stuck underneath the wheel. If a faulty wheel needs to be replaced, please refer to the following video for instructions: How to Replace Wheel
Please note that the left wheel for the RoboVac X8 and X8 Hybrid is different. Please visit the following links to order a new wheel according to your RoboVac X8 model:
