What should I do if my S1 Pro robot vacuum cannot power on or loses connection with the base station?

If your S1 Pro robot vacuum cannot power on or loses connection with the base station, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Robot Vacuum Cannot Power On

If the base station is not powered on:

  1. Try different wall outlets to check whether the base station powers on. Sometimes, this issue might stem from a defective wall outlet.

  2. Inspect the power cord at the rear of the base station to verify that it is securely connected. A loose connection can prevent the base station from receiving power.

If the base station is powered on

Switch the robot to the "O" position, wait for 3-5 seconds, and then switch it to the "I" position. Wait approximately 30 seconds to check if the robot powers on. Place the robot back on the base station and push it back slightly (make sure the robot’s charging pins touch the base station and that the charging pins are clean). Wait for 30 seconds to check if the robot powers on as expected.

Verify whether the robot and base station can connect properly after the robot powers on while on the base station. If the base station indicates that the robot and the base station are not connected, refer to the troubleshooting instructions in this article under "Robot Vacuum Loses Connection With the Base Station." If the robot can power on, use the app to verify if the battery percentage exceeds 30%. If it exceeds 30%, start a new cleaning task to determine if the robot operates properly.

Robot Vacuum Loses Connection With the Base Station

  1. Please note that if the robot or base station has been replaced before, it is necessary to reconnect the robot to the base station. You can refer to the following video for visual guidance: https://support.eufy.com/s/article/How-do-I-pair-eufy-S1-Pro-robot-vacuum-cleaner-with-the-base-station

  2. Inspect the connection between the robot and the base station's charging pins, as illustrated in the image below.

  1. Try using a different network, such as a mobile hotspot, to determine if the robot can connect to the base station.

  2. Reboot the robot and the base station.

    1. To reboot the robot: Switch off the power, wait 15 seconds, and then switch the power back on.

    2. To reboot the base station: Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet, wait for 15 seconds, and then plug it back into the outlet.
