If your S1 Pro robot cannot extract clean water from the base station or triggers an "EB1L" or “EB1K” error, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
-
Remove the clean water tank from the base station and inspect the seal to ensure it is properly installed. Fill the tank with clean water to the maximum water level, then ensure that it is securely positioned in the base station.
-
Inspect the robot's water inlet for any debris or blockages, then clean it with a paper towel or cotton swab.
-
After the error occurs, remove the robot from the base station and inspect the rubber plug at the base station's water outlet to check if there is any water. Additionally, verify if the rubber plug is damaged or missing.
-
Update the firmware to version 7.0.143 or higher.
-
Use the app or operate the base station to conduct several mop cleaning cycles and see if this resolves the issue.
