If your Robot Lawn Mower has a disc failure, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Scenario 1: Blade disc adjustment module obstructed by foreign objects
-
For safety measures, please make sure to wear cut-resistant gloves.
-
Turn off the power switch at the bottom of the Robot Lawn Mower.
-
The module for adjusting the height of the cutter head is positioned directly above it. Examine and clear any obstructions.
-
When performing height adjustment tasks, verify that the area where the Robot Lawn Mower is working is clear of rocks and branches that could hinder the cutter head’s height modification.
-
Restart the Robot Lawn Mower, adjust the cutter head height, and verify if the problem has been resolved.
Scenario 2: Blade disc obstructed by foreign objects
-
For safety measures, please make sure to wear cut-resistant gloves.
-
Turn off the power switch at the bottom of the Robot Lawn Mower.
-
Clear any blockages from the cutter head and ensure it rotates freely.
-
Restart the Robot Lawn Mower and verify if the problem has been resolved.
Scenario 3: Blade disc motor failure
-
For safety measures, please make sure to wear cut-resistant gloves.
-
Turn off the power switch at the bottom of the Robot Lawn Mower.
-
Wait for 10 seconds.
-
Restart the Robot Lawn Mower and verify if the problem has been resolved.
Scenario 4: Blade disc motor is overheated
-
Please check whether the blade disc is blocked
-
If the grass is too dense or tall, begin by manually trimming the height of the grass to below 9cm.This will help prevent the blade disc motor from overheating.
