What should I do if my Robot Lawn Mower gets stuck?

If your Robot Lawn Mower gets stuck, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Pause the Robot Lawn Mower using the app or the panel button, then remove any nearby obstacles and place the Robot Lawn Mower on a flat, open area before starting it again. Ensure you wear cut-resistant gloves while handling the Robot Lawn Mower to safely protect yourself from potential injuries or cuts caused by the blades.

  2. If the Robot Lawn Mower gets stuck in a drop spot, carefully remove it and then try the following methods:

  • Use the app's "No-go Zone" feature to block off the corresponding drop spot.

  • If possible, fill the drop spot to level the ground.
