If your Robot Lawn Mower cannot return to the base station, try the following troubleshooting steps:

Check for any obstacles blocking the Robot Lawn Mower's path to the base station and remove them if needed.

Inspect and ensure the area surrounding the base station is flat, without any drop spots or elevation changes that could hinder the Robot Lawn Mower's movement.

Ensure the base station is placed on a flat surface. Verify whether the channels configured in the app have been deleted or are abnormal, and readjust the channels accordingly.

Please manually return the mower to the base station.
