RoboVac’s Voice Alerts When It Encounters an Issue

Some of eufy’s RoboVac models provide users with audible voice alerts when the RoboVac encounters an issue.  In order to correctly troubleshoot and resolve specific issues of your RoboVac, please first find out the exact voice alert error triggered by the RoboVac.

 

What Caused Voice Alert: Error 9?

This error is triggered when RoboVac is too close to a strong magnetic field or strip.  This could be caused by users not using eufy’s magnetic strips designed for compatible RoboVac models, resulting in RoboVac triggering this specific error alert.

 

How Do I Fix Voice Alert: Error 9?

To troubleshoot and fix this specific issue, please follow the steps listed below:

  1. Power off the RoboVac.
  2. Place the RoboVac at a different location away from the initial spot where it encountered the error.
  3. Power on and start the RoboVac to verify it is able to run and navigate without issues.
 

Note: Please make sure to use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) magnetic strips designed and made by eufy.  Please visit eufy’s official website to purchase magnetic strips if your RoboVac model works with magnetic strips.
