What Caused Voice Alert: Error 1?
This error is triggered when RoboVac’s front bumper is stuck. This could be caused by RoboVac accidentally running into walls or furniture at an angle, resulting in the front bumper getting stuck and unable to bounce freely.
How Do I Fix Voice Alert: Error 1?
To troubleshoot and fix this specific issue, please follow the steps listed below:
- If the RoboVac is brand new, please check to make sure the sponge that is used for fixing the bumper during shipping has been removed.
- Use the palm of your hand to tap the front bumper repeatedly and locate the area where the front bumper is stuck. (Note: To prevent physical damages to RoboVac’s front bumper, please remove all jewelry on your hands if you are wearing any.)
- Tap the bumper until it is able to bounce freely, and remove any visible dirt and debris from the bumper.
- Reset the vacuum to the factory settings.
