What should I do if my Omni Station does not suck dirty water from the cleaning tray?

What should I do if my Omni Station does not suck dirty water from the cleaning tray?

If you encounter the "Abnormal water level in the base station cleaning tray" error, please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Check the Lid of the Dirty Water Tank

Please verify the dirty water tank is securely fastened, and check the dirty water tank to ensure it is not filled to the maximum capacity. If the dirty water tank is full, empty it.

A full tank can impede the Omni Station's ability to drain the dirty water effectively. Additionally, if the dirty water tank's seal is not airtight, it may not be able to drain the dirty water efficiently.

Please refer to the following images that show examples of a water tank that has been securely fastened.

  1. Check the Cleaning Tray

Check if the filter holes on the cleaning tray are clogged; if so, the cleaning tray needs to be manually cleaned.

  1. Check the Seal Ring of the Dirty Water Tank

Once you have confirmed that both the dirty water tank lid and cleaning tray filter holes are in normal condition, press down on the dirty tank lid with your hand or a weighted object (as shown in the image below). Then click the 'wash mop' function in the app to verify if the base station can properly drain dirty water. If the base station successfully pumps dirty water while the tank lid is held down, the issue likely stems from the dirty water tank's seal ring. We recommend removing and repositioning the seal ring (as demonstrated in the linked video) before testing again.

  1. Check the firmware has been updated to the latest

In the meantime, please provide the following detailed information to allow us to conduct a further analysis:

-Launch the eufy Clean app and proceed to Settings > tap the "X10 Pro Omni" icon > Device Info > Copy Device Information.

-Return to Settings >Robot Settings to enable the "Activity Log Upload" feature and then reproduce the issue

-Provide photos of the water accumulation on the cleaning tray and the exact local time when the problem occurred.
