If your Omni C20 triggers an audible "The water level of the station's cleaning tray is abnormal" error and stops operating, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
-
Lift the lid of the dirty water tank and inspect whether the sealing silicone is damaged or misaligned.
-
Push the silicone sealing ring into the slot of the lid until it is seated correctly in the lid. As illustrated in the image below
-
After checking if the silicone is properly seated, ensure that the lid of the dirty water tank is fully closed. Please note that air leaks from the dirty water tank may hinder the emptying of dirty water

-
Once you have removed the dirty water tank, verify that the sealing silicone on the base station is properly positioned.
-
Remove the cleaning tray from the bottom of the base station and confirm that no obstructions are hindering its normal function.
-
Ensure that no third-party cleaning solutions that produce excessive foam have been used, as these cleaning solutions may clog the water pump. Only eufy cleaning solution should be used, mixed at a ratio of 1:200 with water.
Note: It is not advisable to use third-party cleaning solutions since these products may damage the robot vacuum and the base station.
-
Update the app to version 3.4.9 or newer, then reboot the robot vacuum to see if the issue has been resolved.
