What should I do if my Omni C20 triggers an audible "The cleaning tray is full or not in place" error?

If your Omni C20 triggers an audible "The cleaning tray is full or not in place" error and stops operating, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Ensure that the small magnet on the bottom of the cleaning tray is still intact. The following image shows that the cleaning tray's magnet is missing.

  1. Please place the robot vacuum at the base station and begin a cleaning task to rule out any other factors that could be causing the base station's indicator to display a steady red light.

    1. If the cleaning tray is removed, the base station's indicator will display a steady red light.

    2. If the cleaning tray is properly installed, the base station's indicator will display a steady white light.

If you have any other questions regarding the Omni C20, please don't hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
