If your Omni C20 triggers an audible "Insufficient water alert" error and stops operating, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

Verify that the float in the clean water tank can rise upwards, as illustrated in the image below.

Inspect the sealing silicone ring on the clean water tank located in the base station to confirm it is properly positioned and free from damage. Please refer to the image below.

Verify if the filter in the clean water tank is blocked and make sure no foreign objects are obstructing the area around the water tank filter.

Check whether the water pipe connected to the clean water tank is loose. If it is, reconnect the water pipe to ensure that the connection is secure.

Ensure that no third-party cleaning solutions that produce excessive foam or have corrosive substances (like white vinegar, 84 disinfectant, etc.) have been added to the clean water tank, as these cleaning agents may clog or damage the water pump.
