If the base station of your Omni C20 displays a steady red light, it means there is an error with the base station. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
-
Check if there are any error notifications on the app.
-
Ensure that the clean and dirty water tanks are properly placed in the base station.
-
Verify that the float in the clean water tank can rise upwards, as illustrated in the image below.
-
Ensure that the lids on both the clean and dirty water tanks are properly closed. Restart the robot's cleaning operation to conduct a test; if everything functions correctly, the steady red light on the base station will switch to a white light.
-
Verify if the dirty water tank is full.
-
Check if the clean water tank is empty.
-
Confirm that the cleaning tray is correctly positioned in the base station.
-
Ensure the dust bag is properly positioned. Please remove and reinstall the dust bag to see if the problem persists. Normally, you should hear a "click" sound when the dust bag is correctly fitted in the base station. If necessary, wrap some adhesive tape around the cardboard. If you hear a "click" sound and the steady red light on the base station shifts to a white light, it suggests that the cardboard dimensions were incorrect.
