If your Omni C20 emits an audible error: "The cleaning mop has been interrupted, and the cleaning will only sweep without mopping" and stops working, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
-
Inspect whether the dirty water tank cover is completely closed.
-
Open the dirty water tank lid and check if the silicone sealing rings of the dirty water tank are damaged. Please refer to the following picture for the location of the silicone sealing rings:
-
Remove the dirty water tank from the base station to confirm whether the silicone sealing rings are in place.
-
Remove the cleaning tray from the bottom of the base station and check if it is blocked by dirt and debris. If the cleaning tray is dirty, please clean it.
-
Confirm if the base station is on the same floor as the robot. Please note that the robot has to return to the base station to clean the mop pads.
