If your Omni C20 is unable to connect to your Wi-Fi network, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
-
Move the robot closer to the router and confirm that your Wi-Fi is operating on the 2.4GHz band, as the Omni C20 only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks.
-
Make sure that the eufy app has all necessary permissions enabled.
-
Check if your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network is connected to the Internet. Attempt to connect a different device to the same network to see if it functions correctly. If the Wi-Fi connection is unstable, please restart the router.
-
Confirm that the Wi-Fi network's username and password are typed in correctly. Use the "eye" icon in the app to view them.
-
Check that the app is updated to the newest version.
-
If several connection attempts are unsuccessful, restart both the Omni C20 robot vacuum and the router.
